Peace, Love and Munchies MURDER!

It is 1968, just a year after the Summer of Love. The conflict in Vietnam is still raging, psychedelic drugs are everywhere, and bathing is optional. It is truly a righteous time on the scene.

Welcome to Unity Acres, the grooviest hippy commune in universe man. Founded by Ethan Frome, who now goes by the sole moniker of “Enliman,” as a place of mind opening enlightenment, free love and equality. Tonight, Unity Acres is welcoming it’s newest members and providing them an orientation to life at the commune. This orientation and initiation ceremony known as “Peace, Love and Munchies” is a dinner to teach the enlightened ways of the commune and clear new members’ minds of “the veil of materiality and self delusion that screens us all from the true reality of oneness,” their Maya.

Through a series of hip exercises meant to reprogram the mind, along with a healthy dose of “herbal remedies” including smoking dried rose pedals, and of course dinner, new recruits turn away from their square ways and come to understand that their lives outside the commune have been nothing but selling out to the man.

However, on this transcendental evening, peace and love may not really be on the menu as one member of the commune meets an untimely death.
